Vi blanc elaborat amb macabeu. Elaborat i envellit amb bóta d’acàcia seleccionada, fent ‘battonage’ setmanal durant 6 mesos.
Net, de color groc palla. Aromes a brioixeria francesa. Llarg i persistent en boca.
Verema manual en caixes de 15 quilos, derrapat, premsat suau, desfangat 48h, trasbals i fermentació en barrica d’acàcia amb control de temperatura. Posterior envelliment a la mateixa barrica, ‘battonage’ setmanal. Clarificació i desvastat previ a l’embotellat realitzat en lluna minvant i dia fruita.
